Leading Australian Airline is seeking a Customer Engagement Consultant in Sydney for a hybrid, full-time contract starting 9 November 2026. You will engage with existing business rewards members, explain membership advantages, answer enquiries and drive engagement within a busy contact centre.

The role focuses on outbound calling, handling inbound enquiries, and maintaining high service levels while meeting performance targets. CRM systems experience is preferred.
