Living Gems Group, an Australian developer of lifestyle resorts for over-50s, seeks a proactive Contracts and Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Queensland. This hands-on role sits at the heart of our Sales team to ensure contracts, documentation and key processes move smoothly from sale through to construction.

Coordinate residential construction contract documentation, review for accuracy and compliance, liaise with internal teams, and maintain up-to-date records.
