Work under the Head Chef, support day-to-day kitchen operations, and help mentor junior staff while upholding exceptional food quality and guest experiences. The role requires 2–3 years in a kitchen, a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent, and a passion for Italian cuisine with solid time management
