About The Position:
This full-time Housekeeping Supervisor role at the Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the housekeeping operations of this prestigious hotel located in Burwood, NSW 2134. As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained throughout the hotel.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead, coach and develop the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service and pristine hotel spaces.
- Manage staff rostering and daily allocations to meet occupancy demands.
- Uphold housekeeping, cleanliness and workplace safety standards.
- Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and outstanding guest experiences.
- Monitor stock levels and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and team training.
- Identify improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years' supervisory or management experience in hotel housekeeping.
- Robust organisational skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for high standards.
- Sound knowledge of housekeeping procedures, health and safety, and industry best practices.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
