Queensland Government is seeking a resilient Customer Service Officer to join a busy maintenance coordination team in Mackay. You will handle a high volume of calls, emails and requests, coordinating maintenance across government properties and liaising with contractors.

The role requires strong multitasking, excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting, with a contract up to January 2027 and weekly pay, plus 12% superannuation.
