Hole in the Wall in Byron Bay is seeking an experienced Café Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional food quality and service.

You will lead, train and motivate a team of baristas, kitchen and front‑of‑house staff; manage scheduling, inventory, budgeting and customer satisfaction; uphold health and safety standards.

This full‑time role requires weekend availability and a passion for hospitality in a fast‑paced café workplace.
