SA Health is seeking Direct Care Workers for Cleve District Hospital & Aged Care to support residents with personal care, mobility and daily living tasks in a compassionate, community-focused workplace.

You will help with hygiene, mobility support and social well-being while working as part of a multidisciplinary team in a rural health setting. Training and equipment management are part of the role.
