Junction Support Services in Morwell, VIC is seeking a Residential Care Case Manager to deliver trauma-informed, therapeutic, and person-centred case management for children and young people in residential care.

You will develop and review individualised case plans with active participation, advocate for young people, coordinate services, and strengthen connections to family, culture and education, while building trusted relationships with families, carers and stakeholders.
