HCF Hornsby Branch is seeking a Branch Member Consultant to welcome members and guide them through needs-based conversations about health, life and travel insurance products. This is a full-time, on-site role with occasional Saturday shifts and a focus on delivering exceptional member service in a not-for-profit workplace.

You will engage face-to-face and by phone, resolve issues, and keep member data accurate while contributing to growth and community trust.
