Lutheran Services is seeking a proactive Team Leader for Youth & Family Services in Woodridge, QLD. You will supervise case managers, coordinate services for young people at risk of homelessness, and drive quality practices within Bridges Reconnect.

Based at Bridges Reconnect, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, manage a multidisciplinary team, and ensure compliance with safeguarding and standards while building partnerships to achieve positive outcomes.
