Sheraton Sydney on Elizabeth Street is recruiting a Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry to join our dynamic pastry team. You will contribute to high-volume production and guest-focused desserts in a quick-paced hotel environment.

As a leader in the pastry section, you will collaborate with the Head Chef, mentor junior staff, and help develop creative desserts while maintaining HACCP standards. Working rights in Australia and a trade qualification are required.
