HMG Hardchrome is seeking an experienced, trade-qualified Fitter/Machinist for a permanent Machine Shop Leading Hand role in our Production Department (Large Line). Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will provide hands-on leadership on the shop floor, support the team, and help deliver safe, productive, and high‑quality production outcomes in a busy workshop.

To succeed you need an Australian recognised trade qualification, proven workshop experience, and prior Leading Hand or
