Bluestar Global Logistics, a private Australian family-owned national company, is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager in Sydney. You will drive growth by building a robust sales strategy, expanding the customer base, and forging solid relationships with clients across interstate and international markets.

You will lead a high-velocity sales process, manage a pipeline, and mentor entry-level staff while benefiting from an uncapped commission scheme and an OTE of 200k–220k plus
