Rippling is seeking an Implementation Manager for our Global IM team in Sydney. You’ll own end-to-end client implementations, acting as the architect for initial success and translating HR and Payroll needs into Rippling solutions.

Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product and CX to accelerate adoption, CSAT and time-to-value. The role demands multi-project management, clear communication, and resilience in a rapid-paced SaaS environment.
