Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager at our Bella Vista & Chullora Delivery Stations in Australia. You will lead a team of Shift Managers, report to the Site Lead, and drive day-to-day logistics operations while focusing on safety and continuous improvement.

You will oversee staffing plans, analyze performance, and implement Lean-based process improvements to ensure quick, accurate, and cost-effective delivery to customers.
