Carma is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive growth across acquisition, organic search, CRM, lifecycle marketing and product marketing. You will partner with Marketing, Product and agencies to scale channels, optimize performance and tell compelling customer stories.

You will own experimentation, data analysis and measurement to deliver sustainable lead growth across buyers and sellers in a quick-paced marketplace.
