Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service in Rockhampton is seeking a Midwifery Unit Manager to lead Rockhampton's Maternity Unit, guiding a multidisciplinary team in a busy Level 4 service.

You will drive secure, woman-centred care, oversee staffing, rostering, budgets and quality improvements, and support innovation within the service.

This is a day shift, fixed-term, full-time role with opportunities for professional development and strong collaboration with clinical and operational leaders.
