Cromwell Property Group seeks a Transactions Manager to lead origination, screening and progression of real estate opportunities across office and industrial assets. You will work autonomously on initial feasibility assessments and coordinate inputs for sound decisions with internal analysts.

You will build relationships with agents, valuers and capital partners, manage due diligence and drive transaction execution to completion, with solid modelling and presentation skills supported by Excel
