Alcoa Australia is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Supervisor to join our WA Mining Operations Human Resources team.
You will drive capability development across site operations by guiding training delivery, mentoring teams and embedding high-quality learning systems to ensure our workforce is skilled and aligned with safety standards.
You will lead a team of trainers, plan programs, oversee traineeships, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with training standards.
