King Living is seeking a Customer Delivery Coordinator to keep customers informed from order confirmation through post-delivery follow-up.
You will monitor the delivery pipeline, identify at-risk orders, and coordinate with warehouse, showroom, and support teams to ensure on-time, accurate communications.
You will work across Turrella and Smithfield sites, engaging with multiple teams and using Salesforce and delivery-tracking tools to optimize the customer journey.
