Cheil Australia is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to lead and grow the Training Specialist Team within the Samsung Electronics Australia MX Learning and Development remit.
You will drive team effectiveness, deliver high-impact product and soft-skill training, and support brand events across Samsung, Cheil, and retail touchpoints.
You'll design curricula, provide coaching, and continuously improve L&D; programs with robust reporting, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and sales targets.
