Quality Health Care is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers for our West Pennant Hills SIL home in NSW.
You will provide 1:1 support to residents with Autism and Intellectual Disability, helping with daily routines, community activities and independent living goals.Ideal candidates have a calm, adaptable approach, solid communication skills and a commitment to dignity, choice and quality of life.
Ongoing training and a supportive team ensure consistent care across shifts.
