You will help customers select products, activate services, and troubleshoot basic issues, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service in a rapid-paced retail setting.
You'll work with a team to meet sales targets and KPIs, while maintaining Telstra's high standards of customer care and store performance.
Flexible schedule and employee discounts are part of the role.
