Lorna Jane Penrith flagship store seeks a store manager to lead the team, own the commercial performance, and elevate the customer experience. You will drive sales KPIs, manage visual merchandising, stock and operations, and build a high-energy, accountable culture.
This role offers a highly competitive base salary, a fixed roster, and development pathways from smaller stores to Flagship+ prospects. You will report to store leadership at Westfield Penrith.
