find your Fantastic career is seeking an experienced Distribution Centre Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure safety and drive performance.
You will lead a on-floor team, coordinate picking, packing and dispatch while coaching staff and managing attendance and training.
You will monitor productivity, address issues, investigate stock discrepancies and plan for peak periods.
A forklift licence is highly regarded and you'll work with cross-functional teams to support accuracy
