The role leads a large, busy pub kitchen, cooking pub classics and bistro-style dishes, and driving menu direction with the pubs portfolio exec chef.
Ideal candidates have pub/bistro experience, solid leadership of 10+ chefs, and a focus on consistency and teamwork.
