Peninsula Health is hiring multiple Full Time or Part Time Grade 2 Social Workers for the recent Peninsula University Hospital.
You will perform psychosocial assessments, discharge planning, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a up-to-date acute care workplace.
You will mentor junior social workers, supervise students, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives while delivering compassionate, equitable care across the care continuum.
