Lutheran Homes Group in Hamilton, Victoria is seeking a dedicated Rostering Coordinator to ensure effective staffing for our Residential Care Facility. You will manage rosters for Nursing, Care and Hotel Services, align shifts with care needs, and support high-quality resident outcomes.
This full time fixed-term role runs to June with a Monday-to-Friday roster and no weekend on-call. You will work with leaders and frontline staff, maintain accurate records, and drive improvements in
