Western Sydney University is seeking a seasoned People and Culture Partner to provide practical HR support across the Provost portfolio.
You will build trusted relationships, advise leaders on complex people matters and lead workforce design initiatives while collaborating with three faculty partners.
You will analyse workforce data, develop options, consult stakeholders and drive change with a practical, hands-on approach over a 12-month period.
