Exacto Projects is a locally owned civil construction and earthworks contractor in Queensland seeking a part time Financial Administrator.
The role covers payroll, finance administration and general office tasks, two days per week.
Work closely with the Office Manager to process fortnightly payroll, manage accounts payable and receivable, perform Xero bookkeeping, maintain records, coordinate travel, support onboarding and handle everyday administration.
