Molly Malone's in Devonport, part of the Federal Hospitality group, is seeking a hands-on leader to manage daily operations across the pub, gaming, bar and bistro.
You will work with the Hotel Manager to lead a close-knit shift team and deliver exceptional customer service in a busy setting.
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will oversee health, safety, gaming and food safety procedures, assist with staff scheduling, handle customer issues, and manage opening/closing duties.
