Client Experience & Marketing Coordinator
This is a wide-ranging role combining front-of-house, client relationships and creative marketing at a premium skin clinic. You will deliver an exceptional client experience while supporting marketing initiatives for a luxury brand.
Key responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience and manage daily reception duties
Build client relationships through personalised follow-ups, rebooking and retention
Create beautiful Instagram content, including Reels, Stories and photography
Design and schedule Mailchimp newsletters and marketing campaigns
Support product launches, events and local brand collaborations
Work alongside the clinic team to ensure a seamless client journey
About you
Experience in luxury beauty, wellness, hospitality or premium retail




A natural flair for customer service and building relationships
Robust content creation skills and an eye for aesthetics
Confidence using Instagram, Canva and ideally Mailchimp
Excellent organisation, initiative and attention to detail
