Slade Pharmacy, part of Icon Oncology Group, is seeking a Reliever Pharmacist for full time coverage across SA hospital sites. You will provide patient-focused pharmaceutical care, conduct medication reviews, coordinate inpatient and discharge needs, and support multidisciplinary teams in busy hospital settings.
The role includes structured training, travel between sites, rotational pay and advantages, and career development within a leading oncology and hospital pharmacy network, until June .
