Lactalis is seeking a Milk Forecast & Volume Manager to lead milk supply forecasting and third‐party volume management across Lactalis Mainland Dairy and Lactalis Australia. You will coordinate with Milk Sourcing, S&OP;, Commercial, Operations, Logistics and Domestic B2B teams to ensure accurate forecasts and optimal volumes.
The role focuses on developing farm-level forecasts, MFR processes, and IBP inputs, while managing third‐party milk and toll processing arrangements.
