NBMLHD Nepean Hospital is seeking a Social Worker for the Acute Care Team in a permanent part time role. You will provide high-quality social work services to patients and families across inpatient care, supporting adjustment to illness, changes in independence, and discharge planning.
This role works within a multidisciplinary team to address psychosocial issues, promote patient wellbeing, and facilitate smooth transitions through the hospital journey.
