The Royce Penrith is seeking a dedicated Leisure and Lifestyle Co-Ordinator to design, deliver and evaluate engaging programs that enhance residents' quality of life and social connection. You'll work within our Aged Care team to tailor activities to individual interests and cultural backgrounds, promoting independence and meaningful engagement.
You will collaborate with residents, families and staff to create person-centred plans, lead activities, and ensure safety and record-keeping.
