Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Shift Leader to guide and develop the crew, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to food safety standards. You will lead shifts, coach staff, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced setting.
The role is full-time (38 hours per week) with shifts including early mornings, late nights and weekends. We offer fair pay, versatile rosters, uniforms, meal discounts, training and transparent career pathways.
