Easte rn Health in Melbourne seeks a Grade 3 Social Worker to deliver specialist social work interventions for mental health consumers, supporting independence, community integration and quality of life. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, driving recovery‐oriented care and coordinated service delivery.
Successful candidates will have an AASW‐recognised qualification, mental health experience, and knowledge of recovery-based practice and the Mental Health Act.
