Central Apartment Group's Mackay Oceanside Central Hotel is seeking a friendly Hotel Receptionist (GSA) to welcome guests, manage check-ins and bookings, answer inquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping to maintain high standards of service.
Full training is provided for entrants, with RMS/PMS knowledge advantageous. A calm, detail-oriented attitude and excellent telephone skills are essential for handling requests in a rapid-paced workplace on site in Mackay.
