Gaming Supervisor - Full Time, Part Time or Casual required to start asap!
Full Time - 4 Nights per week or 5 Nights per week
Negotiated Salary - depending on qualifications and experience.
MUST BE EXPERIENCED AND AVAILABLE TO WORK NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service to gaming patrons.
Monitor gaming floor activities and ensure compliance with venue policies and regulations.
Process gaming machine payouts and handle cash transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean, secure, and welcoming gaming setting.
Assist guests with gaming-related enquiries.
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK NIGHTS/WEEKENDS
Essential Requirements
Current Victorian
Gaming Employee Licence
.
Current
RSA
(Responsible Service of Alcohol).
Current
RSG
(Responsible Service of Gambling).
TAB would be preferred.
1 year gaming experience is a must.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Availability to work evening, overnight, weekend, and public holiday shifts.
