Since , our Kelso facility has produced over 70 crumb varieties for commercial customers across Current Zealand and Australia.
We also provide complete coating systems including pre‐mixes, specialty products, and a variety of batter styles.

About the Role:
Position:Production Operator
Schedule:The plant operates Monday to Thursday – 12-hour shifts (day or night) 6am to 6pm and 6pm - 6am.




We offer full training —no prior experience required!
You'll be involved in:
Measuring and mixing ingredients
Operating machinery and monitoring processes
Reporting safety hazards or equipment issues
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
What We're Looking For – Essential Criteria:
Basic math skills
Robust team player with a reliable and punctual work ethic
Enthusiastic, energetic attitude

Commitment to Health & Safety policies and procedures
Desirable Skills – A Bonus, But Not Essential:
Current LF Forklift License (would be an advantage)
