This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a national payroll operation and driving governance and continuous improvement across a complex payroll workplace.
You will manage a team of 7 payroll specialists, ensure compliance with Australian legislation, and partner with HR, Finance and IT to optimise service delivery.
