Mr Sandwich 996 Hay Street is looking for an experiencedCafé Managerto join our team.
We are a very busy, quick-paced café, doing 300+ sales a day as well as a growing outside catering business.
This is a hands-on role and we need someone who is comfortable working under pressure and keeping a team organised during busy service.
You will need:
Outstanding understanding of coffee and highly competent making coffee
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in food production and ordering
Robust organisation and time management
Ability to lead, train and manage a team
Reliable, punctual and able to work well under pressure
A hands-on approach and a genuine passion for hospitality
Experienced applicants only – this is a full-on, high-volume café.
