TSHR is seeking a Store Manager to lead a brand-recent boutique in Canberra's CBD.
You'll recruit and develop a team, set the store tone, and own performance, presentation and culture.
You'll be the face of the brand locally and drive a service experience that turns customers into loyal fans.
In this role you'll manage daily operations, strive to meet budgets and KPIs, track conversions, and implement practical measures to lift performance.
