Sydney Water is seeking a senior leader to manage Customer Billing and Revenue Operations, ensuring accurate, timely invoicing and robust revenue collection.
You will oversee SAP ISU and CRM systems, drive change initiatives, and lead a large multi-discipline team in a regulated utilities setting.
You will partner with stakeholders across finance, operations, and customer service to deliver a best-in-class billing experience while controlling costs and improving cash flow.
