Assist patients in selecting frames that complement their face shape, lifestyle, and prescription.
Take accurate measurements and place lens orders.
Fit glasses, perform straightforward frame adjustments, and handle repairs.
Manage reception tasks, including bookings, payments, and health fund claims.
Receive and organize orders of glasses and optical items.
Maintain fresh and inviting displays to enhance the shopping experience.
Support our optometrists with various tasks before and after eye tests.The ideal candidate will be:- Friendly and confident, with a genuine enjoyment in interacting with people of all ages.




Attentive to detail, ensuring accuracy with prescriptions and orders.
Organized and reliable, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
