Jelm Allied Health is seeking a Disability Support Worker in the Werribee area to provide person-centred supports across daily living, community access and therapy-informed activities.
You'll work with a supportive team and leaders who value collaboration and ongoing supervision.
Experience with neurodivergent individuals is highly regarded.
Applicants must have relevant checks, NDIS orientation modules, First Aid/CPR, and vaccination/infection control knowledge.
