Senior Site Manager – Brisbane – 200,000–210,000

Company

Take ownership of a 15M gym and wellness construction project in South Brisbane with an established national construction and fitout specialist. You’ll be the key site contact, supported by two foremen, with the opportunity to lead a technically challenging build.

Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day site delivery, keeping the programme, safety and quality standards on track.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and two reporting foremen, providing clear direction and accountability.
- Act as the main site contact for clients and project stakeholders, building strong relationships and resolving issues.
- Manage site logistics, sequencing and buildability challenges, identifying risks early to minimise delays.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain progress, communicate priorities and deliver a high-quality finished space.

Experience

Essential:

- Extensive Site Manager experience delivering complex commercial construction or fitout projects, ideally around 15M.




- Strong understanding of construction methodology, trade coordination, site logistics and programme management.
- Confident client communication and proven ability to lead subcontractors and site teams.
- Relevant QBCC licence and construction trade qualification.
- Current White Card, First Aid and CPR certification, and driver’s licence.

Desirable:

- Experience delivering gyms, wellness facilities or projects involving pools, crane operations and structural steel.

Salary

200,000–210,000, depending on experience.
