Novotel Sydney City Centre is seeking a energetic Front Office expert to join as a Part Time Duty Manager. This role supports day-to-day operations and leads the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service.

Based in Sydney, you will supervise the team, handle escalations, assist with check-in/out, and respond to emergencies, while maintaining high communication with other departments. Availability for rotating shifts and relevant certificates are required.
