Bendon Group is seeking a Regional Manager NSW/ACT to lead six Bendon Outlet stores and eight Myer Concession stores across NSW and ACT. You will govern multi-site operations with a focus on sales growth, KPI achievement, and team development in a fast-paced retail workplace.

As part of the Senior Retail Team, you will drive recruitment, budgeting, and customer experience while upholding Bendon's values. The role demands high energy, superb organization, and the ability to coach managers
